Company offers different kind and style timber windows. We can manufacture wooden windows from various species of softwood and hardwood. We use modern technology in our window manufacture process. • Wooden Windows
Our Timber Windows are produced with German profile which means inside opening, tilt and turn.The operation of tilt and turn system is simple and effortless. By rotating the handle into any one of the three standard positions, the wooden windows casement will respond easily no matter how big or heavy it is.Main advantages for inside opening are safety, easier way to clean the outside of it, airing position and others.One more type of windows is original sash windows. Consist of two glazed sashes , which slide vertically in a timber frame, supported by cords that are balanced with lead weight . In box sash windows with spiral balances the sash can slide and tilt.
• Timber
We mostly manufacture pine, oak and mahogany windows , but according to the customer’s requirements we can manufacture windows from various species of softwood and hardwood .
Window frames can be made from softwood laminated triple-layer fixed pine or laminated triple-layer finger-joint pine, softwood is more durable to decay; it is of solid colour and texture.
Also window frames can be made of hardwood, like oak, mahogany etc.
Hardwood is a wood of more interesting structure, long-living and harder in texture.
• Colour
We mainly use waterbase coating , which is sprayed to ensure a more durable and professional finish. For more protection the coatings are resistant to U.V. light . Our suppliers is a well-known German company "REMMERS" ( www.remmers.co.uk ). Remmers water-dilatable covering is undeniably ecological and prolongs durability of wooden Windows and warranty for coatings is 10 years. Colour for non-transparent finishing may be selected from the RAL colour range.
• Glazing
We use double or triple glazing which is usually performed using "PILKINGTON" glass ( www.pilkington.com ). This glass has better sunlight permeability, heat preservation in the premises and better sound insulation. Hermetic, double or triple pane glass packages are used as a standard option, filled with argon gas. According to the customer’s requirements we can offer the following glass packages:
* Heat insulation (selective).
* Sunshine control (reflective, toned).
* Sound insulation.
* Anti-burglar (laminated, hardened).
• Hardware
As a standard the hardware is provided by the company ”ROTO FRANK AG” ( www.roto.de ).Depending on the handle position, they can be operated and fixed in three different positions:
*Intensive airing – fully opened casement;
*Tilt airing – casement is opened 10 cm;
*Winter airing – to turn handle 45° angle casement is opened only 7mm.
Windows with ROYAL hinges, which are hidden, will be true decoration for your house.
We can provide to our customers yearly maintenance for windows. We come to your house, clean windows and treat all frames with special balsam and readjust furniture. This is for additional cost, but then we can give to our customers up to 20 years warranty for our windows.
Our factory is capable to manufacture up to 2000 units per month and we are able to expand our wooden windows production volume more in case of very large orders.
